In all our reuse centers, we accept clean, and undamaged goods suitable for the store selection as a donation - If necessary, we pick up larger goods/lots of goods from the customer for free.
The needs of our customers and the demand for goods in reuse centers guide our store selection. That's why we offer in addition a low-cost waste station service for goods unsuitable for the store selection that can be used as recycled raw material.

With the waste station service fee, we cover the costs of transporting and recycling the goods. The drivers evaluate the goods once and for all upon pickup. The customer can decide whether to use the paid waste station service, or not.
Payment methods for the waste station service are cash/bank card/payment card (Nets). We can agree separately on the invoicing of companies, associations and estates.
